Domestic Shipping

All products are dispatched from our warehouses in Brisbane or Sydney. For the majority of orders, products are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order

At Phresh Care Co., we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Reason for Return: To process your refund, we ask that you provide an explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.

  2. Proof of Dissatisfaction: Please provide any relevant proof demonstrating that the product did not perform as expected (e.g., photos, descriptions of issues).

  3. Return the Product: The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Please ship the product back to us within the 30-day window. Product must be back with us within the 30-day period from date of purchase. 

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and assess the reason provided, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Please Note: The cost of shipping the product back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping promotions do not apply to returns.
